Toyota Three New Concept Cars Debuts at Tokyo Motor Show
Toyota teases its three new concept cars before their official debut in Tokyo Motor Show. These concept cars are the company’s future vision of mobility. They are FCV Plus, KIKAI and S-FR.
S-FR is a yellow car which looks like a hybrid of Ford as it comes with a giant front grille and a BMW M coupe. It is aimed at entry level buyers as it is pictured as a fun to drive and lightweight sport car. If this car ever makes to production, it will be priced around the FR-S in the Scion fleet pricing which is about $27000.
FCV Plus is designed to be able to run on hydrogen fuel cell which is able to produce electricity to be used at home or power up the car itself. The fuel cell storage is located between the front tires and the hydrogen tank is located behind the rear seat. FCV Plus is an odd white car with blue tinted glass.
KIKAI design is more unique than the rest. It displays all the machinery which normally hidden under the body. It’s the kind of car that the next generation of Munsters would drive. The concept car has a central driver seat and three passengers.
