Sneak Peak at Tesla Model X Falcon Doors

CEO Elon Musk revealed the company’s first SUV, a few days ago at ’s Fremont, California. Model X is going to be the company’s first full electrical SUV that is ever released to the public. Even though Musk talked a lot about the safety features that the car model has, the feature that is getting a lot of the public attention is the Falcon Wing doors.

The Falcon Wing door is open upwards; therefore, it is a convenient feature in case you need to park your car in a very tight parking lot. Furthermore, the sensors surround the door is able to detect whether there is someone approaching the car and automatically will open the door and the door will also close itself when that someone is detected to be already inside the car.

Model X P90D version is equipped with Ludicrous Mode which is able to go from 0 to 60 moh in just 3.2 seconds. On top of that it is able to travel at a top speed of 155 seconds. The SUV is able to carry 7 passengers inside the car and furthermore, it is also able to tow an additional of 5000 pounds at the back of the car.

For the Signature Series of Model X, it is priced at $132,000 and it is claim to have a range of 240 miles whereas the lowest priced X starts at $75,000 which is $5000 higher than Model S.
